Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will not be able to cancel the order. However, you can opt to return it to us after receiving it. We will refund the full amount to your account.
If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the same will be credited back to bank account.
Ø CANCELLATION POLICY (For Products or Services) – The expected time span for reporting the services ordered to be cancelled and the conditions under which cancellation will be allowed.
Example: Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
